1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you when you register on our platform as a voiceover provider or submit booking requests to artists.

  • Provider Accounts: Full name, registered email address (restricted to verified Gmail), phone numbers, country location, birthdate, bio, portfolio sample titles, categories, tags, and media attachments.
  • Client Booking Requests: Name, Gmail address, budget details, deadline dates, script texts, project types, and custom files.

2. How We Secure Your Media Assets

All uploaded voiceover portfolios (audio and video) are hosted securely in private, authenticated Supabase Storage Buckets. We restrict public access to raw files and dynamically issue time-limited (1-hour) secure signed URLs via Edge API middleware during playbacks to prevent unauthorized file scrapping.

3. Cookies and local Consent

We use cookies to maintain active user login sessions, store localization preferences (Arabic, English, French), and remember cookie consents. You can opt out of non-essential cookies at any time via our consent banner.

4. GDPR and International User Rights

If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess full rights to access, correct, or request permanent deletion of your recorded profile information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Permanent Account Deletion (Danger Zone)

We respect your right to be forgotten. If you delete your account through your provider profile editor settings, the platform will immediately initiate a destructive cascade deletion. This permanently deletes your profile data, wipes all service requests, and wipes every audio/video file from our Supabase Storage buckets, followed by deleting your record in Supabase Auth.
